2007-2008
- Company started its merchant banking operations and successfully placed CP’s, NCD’s for the leading corporate.
2008-2009
- Started active secondary bond market desk and clocked a turnover of more than Rs 100 crores.
- The Company started mobilizing funds for SLU’s, DFI’s, private corporate and raised an amount to the tune of Rs 1200 Crores in this year.
2009-2010
- Started corporate advisory services and financed various projects for private corporate
- Successfully implemented IFRS -3 business combination for clients.
- Mobilized funds for banking sector for the first time.
- Got empanelled with a large number of clients in the PSU and non PSU segments. Turnover crossed Rs 400 Crores.
- Entered the elite list of top twenty bond houses as per PRIME by mobilizing Rs 9800 Crores.
2010-2011
- Secondary Market turnover crosses Rs. 600 crore.
- Primary Bond placement exceeds Rs. 15,000 crore.
2011-2013
- Achieved highest ever mobilization as SOLE ARRANGER in State Guaranteed Bonds.
- Gained No. 2 ranking in placement of SLU bonds in PRIME.
- Significant placement of Tax Free Bonds.
- Primary bond placements exceed Rs. 20,000 crore.
